  • Open the MSCRM registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM on CRM Server.
  • Right click to MSCRM and select New 
  • Add a DWORD 32 bit value with a value of 1: DisableNavTour
